Lead Times:

Standard custom builds take 2–6 weeks from order confirmation. We will give you a firm lead time before you commit.

Deposit:

A deposit is required to begin your custom build. Full details will be provided in your quote.

Note: Custom builds are non-refundable once production has started, except where the item is faulty or does not meet the agreed specification. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What warranty do your machines come with?
